the hotel is very modern and new, with spacious rooms and a great pool area. the spa facilities are super nice, and the food is good with lots of variety.

however, the staff needs more training and we had some cleanliness issues in our room.

The spa was absolutely fab, with nice therapists and a chill vibe. The brekkie spread was lekker, just sad there weren't more vegan options. the room was comfy enough, made for a solid sleep after all the jolling by the pool!

But the food variety at the open food bar could've been better for my vegan chommie, though.

Upon arrival, the check-in process felt overly rigid, with strict adherence to 3 PM for room access, despite having a large pool area available to use while waiting. some rooms face a noisy kitchen vent, leading to an unpleasant smell and sound disturbance, which detracted from the overall comfort. Room cleanliness appeared inconsistent, and there were some comments regarding flies in the sauna area. facilities like the pool and spa close at 8 PM, limiting evening activities to unwind later in the day.

Loved the spa and indoor swimming pool! Check-in took too long.

The spa area is impressive with both indoor and outdoor pools, while the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. the service needs attention, as I experienced delays during meals and cleanliness issues with the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The facilities at Kings' Valley are impressive, particularly the spacious room and excellent spa, which is complemented by numerous pools and saunas. The dining experience benefitted from a variety of quality options at breakfast and dinner. the staff, although occasionally overwhelmed, displayed a genuine attempt at being friendly, particularly the more experienced members like Alexander.

We enjoyed our Junior Suite, spacious and comfy, but wished the spa hours were clearer. Dining was delightful with good variety, but the service during peak times needs better coordination. Make sure to confirm your requests upon check-in for a smoother experience!
